Terms of service
The terms that apply when you access or use QuotePoint, including trials, paid workspaces, and connected integrations.
Agreement and authority
These Terms of Service apply to use of QuotePoint, including trials, paid workspaces, customer portals, public pages, and connected integrations. If you use QuotePoint on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. A separate written customer agreement, order form, or enterprise agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and workspace administration
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, assigning appropriate workspace access, and promptly removing access that is no longer authorized. Workspace administrators control users, permissions, integrations, and commercial data within their workspace.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
QuotePoint may offer a time-limited trial. Paid features and capacity depend on the selected plan. Current public pricing is published at quotepoint.net/pricing. The HubSpot integration is available for active trial evaluation and on Scale and Enterprise subscriptions; Core does not include ongoing HubSpot integration access. Taxes and payment processing may be handled by the applicable payment provider.
Customer data
As between QuotePoint and the customer, the customer retains its rights in business data submitted to its workspace. The customer authorizes QuotePoint to host, process, transmit, transform, and display that data as necessary to provide and support the service, enforce permissions, generate requested outputs, and operate customer-enabled integrations.
Connected services
QuotePoint can connect to third-party services such as HubSpot. You are responsible for having the rights and provider permissions required to authorize those connections. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, APIs, availability, and product changes. QuotePoint may modify or suspend an integration when required to maintain compatibility, security, or compliance with a provider’s platform rules.
HubSpot integration
When enabled, QuotePoint may read authorized HubSpot CRM context, create or maintain QuotePoint-specific deal properties, write quote status and commercial fields back to linked deals, and reconcile QuotePoint-managed production products with HubSpot Products. The current object and scope details are documented at quotepoint.net/integrations/hubspot/data-access. Workspace administrators can disconnect the integration from QuotePoint.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse QuotePoint; attempt unauthorized access; bypass workspace, permission, subscription, or integration controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with service operation; use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity; or access data you are not authorized to use.
Customer configuration and business decisions
QuotePoint applies the catalogs, prices, costs, rules, approvals, permissions, and other configuration supplied or approved by the customer. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their commercial configuration, quote content, pricing decisions, tax treatment, contractual terms, fulfillment obligations, and final business decisions.
Intellectual property
QuotePoint, its software, product design, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Pulse Marketing Group or its licensors. Customer data and third-party names, trademarks, and services remain owned by their respective rights holders. Except for the rights needed to use the service, these terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Service changes and availability
QuotePoint may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including changes required by third-party APIs or security requirements. We aim to communicate material changes that substantially affect paid use. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, no specific service-level commitment is created by the public website or these terms.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, material misuse, legal requirements, or violation of these terms. When a subscription ends, available data access, export, retention, and deletion behavior may depend on the plan, product state, and any separate customer agreement.
Disclaimers
QuotePoint is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service or every third-party integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every customer workflow. Product documentation and demonstrations describe intended functionality but do not replace the customer’s responsibility to validate its own commercial configuration and requirements.
Contact and updates
Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@quotepoint.net. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
